Apartment 1: for 2-4 People
Location: Near the park at the edge of the forest and stream. Outside of the park’s opening times very quiet.
Appointments:
Lovingly renovated older Bavarian
appartment on the ground floor, 60 qm, cozy living room with ceramic wood oven,
2 separate bedrooms, newly renovated bathroom and guest toilette, kitchenette,
terrasse, garden for grilling and relaxing, cable TV, non smoking, rentals
throughout the year. Heating and tax included. No pets accepted.
Bed linens,
bath towels, dish towels and baby beds are available.
Minimum stay is 3
nights. 20€ cleaning fee will be calculated for stays of 3 nights. From the 4th
night no cleaning fee will be calculated as long as the apartment is not
unusually dirty. Only written reservations per internet, fax or email which are
confirmed by us are valid. Advanced payments are possible through bank transfer
or cash.

pull out couches, large living room with balcony. Cable TV. Bath with bathtub,
shower, baby changing table, and toilette. Kitchen with stove, oven, microwave,
dish washing machine, coffee machine, toaster, water cooker, and radio. This
apartment has a separate entrance and parking is available near the front
door.

available.
Minimum stay is 3 nights. 30€ cleaning fee will be calculated for

Kitchen with living area has stove, oven, dish washing machine, coffee machine,
toaster, water cooker, radio and Cable TV. From the kitchen guests can reach the
large balcony (16 qm) which is equipped with grill, dining table, recliners, and
chairs. Newly renovated bathroom has shower, baby changing table, and toilette.
There is also a separate guest toilette. This apartment has a separate entrance
and parking is available near the front door.
Minimum stay is 3 nights. 20€
